Bulk Email Delivery – Need High % Delivered To Inbox by keyoung

I have a text based email that needs to be sent to about 5,000 addresses that I will provide for you. * You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. can not be considered a spammer. * Emails MUST go to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Advertising, Bulk Marketing, eMarketing, Marketing, Sales)
