Hand Drawn Sketches needs to be created into digital artwork by KelliTX

I have aproximately 10 design variations for t-shirt artwork that has been hand drawn. I need them created into a digital art. These designs are full color jpgs that need to be re-created in Adobe Illustrator (Vector Artwork)… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator)
