Illustrator -> XHTML Preparing site for CMS by PHPCMSSQLSEO

Hi there, I have a website the layouts of which have all been done in Adobe Illustrator (MAC). I know need these files to be prepared/cut for the web so that a CMS can be prepared for all the content available… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CMS, Illustrator, PHP, PSD2CMS)
