Can I write off internet access on my taxes?
Posted by Freelancer in Articles, tags: Freelance Writer, Internet Access, Internet TaxesBrian S asked:
March of 2007 my wife began to work from home as a freelance writer. She uses the internet for research, email, etc. Of course we use the internet for home use too, like for our son to use, gaming, etc. I’m wondering if I can write off the total cost of our internet access or does it need to be a percentage based on how much is used for her business?
